“당신은 차를 자주 마십니까?”
“아니요, 저는 물만 마십니다.”
“뭐? 하지만 넌 한국에서 왔잖아.”

“Do you usually drink tea?”
“No, I drink water only.”
“What? But you are from Korea.”

마빈이 생각하는 한국인은 언제나 차를 마시고 있어야 했다.
내가 생각하는 독일인은 언제나 맥주를 마시고 있어야 했다.
그리고 우리가 서로 만나지 않았다면 영원히 그렇게 생각했을는지도 모른다.

Marvin’s stereotype of Korean always drinks tea.
