이탈리아 여행 개요 – Outline of travel in Italia

아, 이탈리아!! 이탈리아에는 꼭 가고 싶은 곳 너무 많았다. 로마, 나폴리, 베네치아, 피렌체, 시칠리아 섬, 소렌토, 베로나, 카프리 섬, 폼페이, 바티칸…… 애초에 로마로 들어가서 파리로 나오는 일정을 잡았지만 내 머릿속은 온통 이탈리아에 대한 생각으로만 가득 차 있었다. 이름만 들어도 황홀한 주옥같은 도시들이여!!!

Ah!! Italia!! I always dreamed about going Italian cities. Roma, Napoli, Venezia, Firenze, Sicily island, Sorento, Verona, Capri island, Pompei, Vatican city…… I planed to Roma-in, Paris-out, but my heart wanted only Italia. How nice names they are!!

그러나 시칠리아 섬은 너무 멀리 떨어져 있어서 좀 무리일 것 같고, 프랑스도 봐야 하는데 이탈리아에서만 저렇게 죽치고 있기도 그렇고, 이동하는 시간도 생각해야 하고…… 이러저러 해서 대충 위의 지도와 같은 경로로 이동하게 되지 않을까 예상했다. 로마는 봐야겠고, 나폴리도 세계 3대 미항 중의 하나라니까 봐야겠고, 나폴리 간 김에 근처에 있는 카프리 섬이랑 폼페이는 당일치기로 보면 되겠고, 피렌체는 ‘냉정과 열정사이’ 때문에 봐야겠고, 베네치아는 워낙 유명하니까 이유 없이 가야겠고…… 이렇게만 해도 대충 열흘은 걸릴 것 같다.

But Sicily is too far, and I also travel France, moving time is also problem…… So I thought approximately about route like above. Roma is must-see place, visit Capri, Pompei when I am in Napoli, I have to visit Firenze because of ‘Between calm and passion’, and Venezia is so famous……. This original plan also would take about 10 days.

애초에 아무런 구체적인 계획 없이 로마에서 묵을 첫 숙소만 달랑 예약해 놓고 간 데다가 바보같이 유럽 기차 시간표 하나 없이 여행했더니,

I had no concrete plan and I booked the first hotel in Roma only and I didn’t brought Eurail time table.

로마에서 나폴리까지는 잘 갔다 이거야. 근데 나폴리에서 피렌체까지 가는 기차가 마땅치 않길래 밤기차로 볼로냐에 갔다가 거기서 피렌체 가는 기차로 갈아탈 요량이었는데 역을 잘못 알아서 일정에도 없던 모데나도 구경하고, 거기서부터는 그냥 거의 자포자기 심정으로 근처 아무 도시나 가자 해서 베로나도 가고, 이제 다시 제대로 가야지 하고 베네치아로 갈랬더니 기차가 중간에 멈춰서 파도바라는 데도 가 보고……

It was nice from Roma to Napoli. But because of train schedule from Napoli to Firenze, I planed to go Bologna first and Firenze, but I missed the Bologna train station, so I had to stop the next station, Modena. And from then I became crazy so just went to Verona without any reason and I also had to stay in Padova because the train goes to Venezia stopped there suddenly.
