로마는 생각보다 작은 도시라 여행을 다니면서 깜짝깜짝 놀라곤 했다. 트레비 분수에서 판테온까지 가려는데 길을 잘 몰라 아무렇게나 돌아다니다 보니 정말 생각지도 않았던 베네치아 광장을 지나가게 됐다.
나 : 어라? 여기 또 왔네? 허허 로마 참 좁구만.
R : 그러게, 저기 봐. 엠마누엘 2세 기념관 또 보게 됐네.
나 : 이야, 역시 다시 봐도 멋져.
R : 엇. 근데 저 안에 사람들 있는데?
나 : 뭣이? 사람들 못 들어가는 거 아니었어?
정말 안에는 들어갈 수 없다고 생각했던 그 어마어마하고 위대한 건물 안에 사람들이 꽉 들어차 있었다.
나 : 아아아아아아악!! 달려 달려!! 무조건 들어가야 돼!!
차들이 쌩쌩 달리는 도로에 무작정 달려들었다. 저 곳에 들어가 볼 수 있다니. 정말 다른 생각은 하나도 안 들었다. 그렇게 힘겹게 달려간 입구 앞에서 문을 지키고 있던 경찰 아저씨가 말했다.
경찰 : 오늘은 관람 시간 끝났습니다. 내일 오세요.

I was somtimes surprised because Roma was smaller than I thought. While going to Pantheon from Trevi fountain, we roamed somewhere and met Piazza Venezia unexpectedly.
I : Oh? We came here again? Huh huh, Roma is so small.
R : Yes. See! We meet Monumento Emanuele II again.
I : Oh! It is still great!
R : Oh? By the way, there are many people inside.
I : What? Isn’t it forbidden to enter?
It was true. It was so crowded inside which we thought it is not allowed to enter.
I : Ahhhhhhhk!! Run! Run!! We have to enter this time!!
We ran into the dangerous road full with cars. We can enter there!! I cannot think anything else. And when we arrived to the enterance, the police man standing said to us.
Police man : Today is over. Come tomorrow.
